Tre Piani SMALL di Smart Dog

The characteristic of this Mental Activation – Problem Solving Toy is its three layers structure. Each rotating, overlapping layer has four compartments for hiding the goodies and  the dog has to rotate the different levels with its paws or nose to get to them. Either way, the dog has to concentrate, use its sense of smell and its brain!

The level of difficulty can be adapted to the dog’s experience. We suggest you to start with filling every compartment with treats; then, gradually, once the dog has well understood how to solve the problem, you can increase its difficulty by filling just a few of them. This way, your dog’s nose discrimination skills will be greatly stimulated.

Adding the cylinder provided, you will further increase the complexity of the toy: in order to rotate the different layers and get to all the treats, the dog will have to pull it out of its base.
